London-born Kane and Olise fire Bayern to the quarters of the Champions League

By Alessandro Schiavone in Leverkusen
Bayer Leverkusen 0-2 Bayern München
Goals: Kane (52'), Davies (71').
Harry Kane and Michael Olise reached the quarter-finals of the Champions League after helping Bayern Munich to a 2-0 win at Bayer Leverkusen yesterday.
The six-time competition winners' 3-0 home win a week ago set the up nicely for the return.
After coming close several times in the opening half, Harry Kane pounced on a loose ball to give his side the lead on 52 minutes.
Alphonse Davies killed the tie stone dead to make it 5-0 on aggregate after a sublime first-time finish 20 minutes later.
A soft touch at the back and innocuous in Bayern's half, Leverkusen could have shipped two more had it not been for Jamal Musiala first hitting the crossbar and then the poet.
Harry Kane also slotted an effort just wide late on.
The Bavarians will now have the chance to avenge their 2010 Champions League final heartbreak against Inter Milan next month.
